Dear Ezra currently ships across Australia and Internationally. We’re always exploring ways to expand, so stay tuned as we grow.
🚚 Shipping Rates
If you purchase fewer than 2 items, shipping is a flat rate of $18.95.
Purchase over 3 items and and we’ll cover the shipping — no surprises at checkout.
🔁 Returns
If you need an return an item due to change of mind $39.95 shipping fee applies.
We happily subsidise the initial delivery for your first purchase (just $18.95), but for change of mind returns, we pass on the true cost of two-way shipping and handling. This ensures your replacement item reaches you securely and quickly.
🕒 Order Processing
We’re a slow fashion brand, which means every order is prepared thoughtfully and packed with care. Orders are dispatched within 3–10 business days (Monday to Friday). Place your order before midnight AEST and we’ll begin processing the next business day. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed the following business day.
📦 Delivery Time
Each Dear Ezra piece is handmade in limited quantities, which means your delivery may take a little longer than fast fashion — and we think that’s a beautiful thing.
Most parcels arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch, though some may take up to 30 days depending on artisan production timelines, shipping delays, or peak periods.
✈️ Couriers & Packaging
We ship with trusted couriers like DHL, Aramex, UPS, and FedEx. Every order is insured for peace of mind. Our packaging is eco-conscious and minimal — because sustainability matters to us and our community.
🌐 Customs & Import Fees
If you're ordering from outside Australia, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in our pricing and must be covered by the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations ahead of time. Dear Ezra is not responsible for any additional customs charges upon arrival.
📫 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link and courier details. You can also track your parcel anytime via our website. Need help? Reach us at hello@DearEzra.co — we’re here for you.
❗Missing or Damaged Items
If something isn’t right — your item arrives damaged, or something’s missing — please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email us at hello@DearEzra.co and we’ll make it right, either with a replacement or store credit.
🔁 Returns
As part of our commitment to slow fashion and reducing waste, we don’t offer exchanges. However, you can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund minus shipping costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Final sale and personalised pieces can’t be returned.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your store credit as a digital gift card that never expires. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or faulty — in which case we’ll include the return shipping cost in your store credit.
✅ No Restocking Fees
We don’t charge restocking fees. You’ll receive store credit for the full value of your item (minus any return shipping if applicable).
