Returns
At Dear Ezra, each piece is thoughtfully crafted in India in limited production runs. We intentionally produce in small quantities to maintain quality and reduce excess waste.
Because of this limited production model, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style, we kindly ask that you place a new order and return your original item in accordance with our returns guidelines below.
Returns
We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
If you require a different size, we recommend placing a new order to secure availability, as our pieces are produced in limited runs and may sell out.
Additional Notes
- We are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the 7-day period has passed.
- Sale or promotional items may be subject to different return conditions where specified.
- In the rare event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve this promptly.
Damages and issues
If you receive your item damaged, please provide us with photos and images clearly showing signs of damage. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued for the item. In some cases, we will request the dress be returned— in that case, we’ll send you a return label. To raise an issue please email hello@DearEzra.co
Returning Your Item
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be processed minus the cost incurred for shipping.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
